Lead all things design at Anara and reinvent how scientists discover information and work together. As the Senior/Staff Designer, you'll build the foundation of a design culture that will impact scientific research for decades to come. You will talk to users, translate these conversations, own visual identity, and define and implement design systems, documentation practices and workflows.
Work with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to craft impactful experiences through new features and enhancements. Define and shape features, starting from early ideas and sketches, progressing to interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation. Leverage customer insights to drive decisions aimed at enhancing our product experience and amplifying user engagement.
